growing demand. In the summer of 2008 the Green Cleaning Institute of North America was formed.
This institution will be dedicated to educating professionals on Green Cleaning and Green Technologies.

In 1967 Tom founded T & M Services, Inc. Having been in
the cleaning business since he was seventeen, Tom saw the
need for a local company that provided cleaning services with
a higher standard at a fair price. Over the years Tom learned
and created many unique ways to deal with special cleaning
needs. Today T & M Environmental Services, Inc. is taking
cleaning to another level with GREEN CLEANING. This is the
direction every cleaning company needs to pursue, it's healthier,
makes good economical sense and it's the right thing to do for our
environment.

Michel Martinez, Controller, Director of Administration
and Finance. Michel has an extensive background in book
keeping, administration and management. This experience
is complemented by broad skills in customer relationship
building and support. Michel has been with T & M for

Robson DeJesus, Vice President of Operations, Emergency Response Manager (ERM), Green Cleaning
Application Specialist (GCAS) is a cleaning consultant with over 18 years of extensive commercial
and industrial cleaning experience, dealing with resources and training are a big part of making
sure the job is done right, Robson's experience, sense of urgency and responsibility make him the
right person for this job now and for our rapid expansion and future growth.
Frank Bardugone, Vice President of Sales
Frank brings extensive management and process knowledge to our team. He has been the anchor
in tough times, generating new opportunities and improving existing methods and relationships.

Rick Macher, Director of Corporate Development, EMBA - Business Channels, International
Sanitary Supply Association's (ISSA) Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) - "Industry
Certification Expert" (I.C.E.). ISSA Certified Green Cleaning Professional and Green Iniative
Consultant. Rick brings over 30 years of practical business experience to T & M. After rising to
the top of the IBM Business Partner Channel as a Midrange Unix Program and Product Manager
and also as an "Excalibur Award" winner for business partner recruitment, development and
negotiating channel contracts for IBM. Rick has been outstanding in his field as a consultant;
analyzing, restructuring and building businesses to increase market share and profitability through competitive analysis and posturing, new training and support methods; through his own system
named (M.O.T.H.E.R. of P.E.A.R.L.S.™). Providing structural analysis, business plan and process development
and also through forced efficiencies, Rick brings the unique ability to identify trending early and
translates that vision into opportunity and profit.
