Our Cleaning Programs are designed to comply with and exceed the best practices and requirements for
all of these agencies and the USGBC's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
Green Cleaning should always be the first place to start when working with Existing Buildings for LEED.
This program is now known as LEED for Existing Buildings, Operations and Maintenance to reflect the
importance of Green Cleaning. This is the area with the greatest immediate impact: saving money on
energy costs, employee and occupant health improvement and building maintenance and greater
productivity and mental function.
Green Cleaning also reduces legal liabilities and can have significant insurance benefits. Perhaps the
most important aspect of Green Cleaning is that it has a positive impact on the environment, making the
world a safer, cleaner place for our children and their's.
